Hello from beautiful Scottsdale, AZ! MAY I simply say how great it feels to maintain warm weather gluten free cheesecake without yeast - http://www.liciabobesha.com/recipes/gluten-free-cheesecake-recipe-sugar-... a scarf, coat or mittens? I've been craving warm sunshine on my pores and skin since early Oct.

Don't get worried though, I'm sure the rest of the country will catch up soon. March 's almost here, which for me means patio period, rooftop bars, farmer's markets, biking along Lake Michigan, operating outside, berries and ALL THE SMOOTHIES…

My love for smoothies has been wicked strong since in the past this year 2010 while i was a youngin' in college. When I 1st started studying nutrition and fitness, I was adamant about gaining some muscle and learning how exactly to refuel my body after a workout. Smoothies with just a little proteins natural powder or greek yogurt were a good way to get protein, vitamins and diet in!

Smoothies aren't simply for breakfast time though; I'll often have one one hour roughly before bed. I specifically love when you're able to make them taste like ice cream, that is exactly what today's smoothie reminds me of.

Particularly I'm wondering if you remember Neapolitan ice cream? It's a little difficult to acquire now, but I treasured it when I was a kid. A scoop of all three wonderful tastes: strawberry, vanilla, and delicious chocolate. Oh hells yes. My version calls for banana in the middle because I kind of wished it to end up like a banana break up.

This smoothie is made together with Almond Breeze Most of you know I bake making use of their almond milk on a regular basis, but this time around I wanted with their new extra creamy vanilla cashewmilk almondmilk ! It's ridiculously great and perfect for smoothie-makin'. Oh and I LOVE the flavor. It's very delicate creamy cashew goodness.

There are many tips to causeing this to be smoothie beautiful & delicious:

-Use frozen bananas. They make a difference in the thickness from the smoothie and so are critical. I like to peel off my bananas, then place them within a ziploc bag and freeze immediately.

-Make use of a vanilla protein powder or one which you really love! I haven't tested this recipe without protein natural powder so I'm not sure how it would turn out in the event that you didn't use it. I think you could utilize greek yogurt and reduce the amount of almondmilk.

-Don't worry about it being ideal. You can also get this into a smoothie dish and swirl everything collectively!
Monique, I REALLY LIKE these - the shades, the neapolitan flavors (the best) and the idea of having it as my sweet deal with before bed. I always need a small type of dessert after supper and this will be perfect and something of the best things for me personally.
